Ameridrives products are often tested for certification by various classification societies. Ameridrives engineers draw up specifications, calculations and other documents to submit to Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyd’s Register and others. . Installation Equipment:Ameridrives is also offering HTS (Hydraulic Tensioner Systems). These products are all custom engineered for the customer and can be retrofit to meet existing installation requirements. Modular, light weight design allows for versatile application. HTS can reduce the installation time of mechanical locking devices 80-90%. The Ameridrives HTS Hydraulic Tensioning System is suitable for high temperatures and high load capacity is achieved by placing the hydraulic cylinder above the stud and nut, maximizing the hydraulic working area. Design limiting considerations, such as coefficient of friction due to torquing, are no longer a concern with Ameridrives HTS. Many companies are switching there old mechanical units for the more time efficient hydraulic units. With the switch comes the need for the proper supporting equipment. Ameridrives can supply you everything you need to properly install these units. Our pump kits are sized to suit your individual needs. All kits come complete with an air actuated hydraulic pump, pressure gauges, hydraulic hoses, fittings & adaptors, packaged into a job box for easy storage and portability.
